A "10,000" Steps a Day Club" might be too ambitious for many. How about this club idea: "Walk for Your Life Club."
And have 4 levels of recognition:
Rookie ... 2,500 steps a day (people could have fun with this level)
Bronze ... 5,000 steps a day
Silver .... 7,500 steps a day
Gold .... 10,000 steps a day
Just an idea to help promote healthy living at TV.
I would be glad to head up this Club, except for one problem: I'm still just a TV wannabe (for now). Kathy, too. Save us a place <g>.
