Propane is available in the newer villages. It has to be in a buried tank and it must be installed after the closing. During the construction the piping can be installed by the propane installer but the closing must take place with the existing electric appliances, then they can be exchanged for gas.
Many people have propane for pool heaters and summer kitchens, others for stove and heat. They can also provide propane for a gas fireplace.
