I've never head of anyone staging a home for rental. There are some basic rules that are wise to follow -- not too much clutter; no personal momentos or photos; clean. Make sure the online pictures show as much of the rooms as possible. Look at these photos objectively before posting -- too much "stuff"? store it somewhere; room looks too dark? open everything possible; room looks too small? either rearrange the furniture or get rid of some pieces.
