Default A thought like HLS approved by what ever process
is a very effective concept. It requires thinking and herin lies the problem.
Secondly they would be more concerned with those (the other 2%) who MIGHT be invasion of privacy freaks.
Once they clear me they can put a chip in me to wave me by.
