First of all...what is a "kissing lanai"????
We have a cottage series and love it! We looked at several styles when getting ready to purchase knowing we wanted to downsize. Love the size of our yard, love the house (Sun Kist) as both are so easy for upkeep. Who wants to spend time with worrying about cleaning, mowing, trimming etc.? Of course one can hire all to be done but don't want the hassle while we can still do things ourselves. We got rid of "stuff" when making the transition as all that can be cumbersome too. Wouldn't change a thing!!
