We've been to many Cracker Barrels over the years including the one on 441. Their food is very good, consistent and plentiful. However, we did have a bad experience once at a Cracker Barrel in Alabama. I complained over their web site and got an apology and a $20 gift card.

My point is that you should try to resolve any restaurant issues with the local manager. But if you get an unsatisfactory response, as you did, go up the chain and use their web site. Cracker Barrel really is pretty good for a chain restaurant.

However, having said that, there are so many choices around here that restaurants better be on their toes if they want to stay in business.
