VK, it is easy to know/understand for example, why we as a nation are doing nothing to address the issue that will eventually be the ruination of this country....foreign oil dependency.
The lobby/special interest of big oil and the political arm twisting of OPEC are the priority....not our county's well being or that of it's people.

Take any major issue facing this country where there seems to be unexplainable inaction and you can trace it to the lobbyists/special interest entities.

There will be no progress until the business as usual in Washington changes....regardless who sits in what chair, their color, their religion, where they were born, who their Daddy was/wasn't.....they ALL conduct the business of Washington, as usual.....not the country or we the people.
