Artfully drape them over your chairs. Another, probably better alternative is to get a foldable drying rack. While you're not supposed to have them outside, I know of more than one person who has left on the outside rather than in the garage, laundry room or lanai so that the clothes gets direct sun and the fresh air smell. So far as I know, they've never had a problem doing this (other than the wind blowing my friend's undies into the neighbor's yard).
