Default Cart Thefts
I believe most cart thefts are crimes of opportunity. Make it inconvenient for thieves to steal what you don't want taken. I use a cable lock to prevent the rain cover from being lifted on my cart. You cannot remove the bags or clubs when this is done. Sure you can cut the cable or slice the cover. The point is, why would they do any of this when they can just go to the next cart?
