Rubicon, there are still Relay for Life events being held in The Villages. You can also donate money directly to Relay for Life, American Cancer Society, Boy Scouts, Sons of the Confederacy, your church, Salvation Army, or any - or none - organization you wish. No one is stopping you from doing what you want.
I don't know anything about the Freedom Pointe residents (nor do I care) having access to Village ammenities.
My advice is to be happy and be tolerant of others viewpoints.
