I had the same concern fours years ago when the buildout was supposed to finish and now it's 2015.
Some people prefer to live in a new home built to their liking and there is a pre-owned, (no bond or lower bond, mature landscaping and upgrades were already performed).
Any home would be great to me if it is in TV.
