Try Carl at All About Carts. We've used him since 1996 on a 1991 Club Car gas and until recently a 1997 E-Z Go electric. He does tune ups, batteries, speed and power upgrades, etc. (Thanks to him, the '91 still runs like a top)
Best of all he is fair and honest AND comes when promised. Does all the work on your front street.
The only problen is that in the winter it may be a few days until he can schedule you in; but worth the wait. He advertises in The Daily Sun classifides.
He brought his son into the business and trained him summers since he was a kid of 12 yrs. (now an adult) Both are good.
