Now back to the point:
Wayne - Why do you think a smaller retirement community would work? Seems like your wife wants a more 'normal' town (all ages) in a warmer climate. I don't think TV's size has much to do with her thinking from your question. Personally TV seems like a big town with multiple small towns within (the actual village you live in). My 2 Cents.
