And what if there is left over ice sometimes? Just because we assume that someone else has more than they need does not give us a right to take it! If it did, then we couldn't complain if anyone came into our homes and took whatever they assumed we didn't need!

PT I guess that means I won't be planting new flowers around the house this year cause as soon as I heard about the free ice I naturally assumed you were welcome to take the flowers home that somebody plants for you along the roadside roundabouts.
