I am totally confused.... Cause I see it as a statement of fact regarding the Constitution. So if the Constitution includes that statement he did NOT lie.

Now is he in violation of the Constitution....seems so. But then what he is doing is unconstitutional but still NOT A LIE.

Do I like what he is doing....nope I never like putting American servicemen and women in harms way when it does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.

And now a plane is down.....

Without naming any names what other administrations have been in violation of this policy. So I will start with Kennedy and Johnson. (Vietnam war)
