Lucky Sale of a Home
My cousin who lives in New Jersey is planning to move to Florida due to her daughter attending college and to keep her relationship with her boyfriend, (lives in Miami), and to start a new life together.
She came out of her house and their was flyer from a neighbor on her door stating they were looking to buy in her development. She called the phone number and in five minutes, they came over and made her an offer that she accepted.
My cousin didn't even know these people existed and they were renting a house on the same block where she lives.
I wish everyone has the same luck she had in selling her home.
