Biker -

I called them for general service on my golf cart and got the same message. They closed their Lady Lake store but their Mt Dora store is still in operation. Extreme is taking over servicing carts in our area for them. I see your dilemma and I would call their Mt Dora location and see what's up with their carts still under warranty.
