The carrier I used charged a set fee for transport from one location to another. There were additional fees if you want it picked up at your home instead of dropping the car off at a terminal, and another fee if you want it delivered to your destination instead of picking it up at the terminal. There were also additional fees for placement on the trailer (top of bottom) and for using a covered carrier. Can't think of any other add-ons at this time.
