John, the sales agent showed us several pre-owned and new Bonnita CYVs. As stated previously you cannot change anything in the new ones. The one we picked was almost complete. The refrigerator was not in and my wife asked if we could upgrade and was told no. That was not a show stopper for us just a future frig for beer in garage.
