You're talking about listing two distinct posters quotes at the head of your new post so that you may reply to both at once. Right? RIGHT
I didn't know how to do this either, (but you just did the multi-quote) and I thank you, but it wasn't what i was asking about.
1. Click quote as you usually do.
2. Edit the quoted text (within QUOTE tags) by deleting the text you don't want and leave what you do want. Be careful not to delete any of the brackets "[" or "]" of the tags in the quoted text or it won't be correctly placed in a quote box.

That's all there is to it.
