Default Interesting reading

I read the article and found it interesting.

Couple of things, though, crossed my mind. First, it referred to Mr. Crawford a few times as a Medal of Honor "winner". You do not "win" the Medal of Honor. The term is "recepient". This is not a technicality on my part but is one of the terms that Medal of Honor recepients really pick up on.

Secondly, Mr. Crawford worked for the Air Force Academy as a janitor. The Air Force Academy is a government agency and the employees are either General Schedule (GS) or Federal Wage Service (WG). A Medal of Honor recepient is automatically qualified to start work for the VA as a Contact Representative, GS-9. A "janitor" at the Air Force Academy is a WG-2. This just does not compute with me.

Well, just my thoughts. No need for arguing about it so do not post angry messages back to me. Thanks.
