Shelter in place - you can't outrun a tornado. If you are home, find a location as close to the center of the house as possible. A room with no windows is ideal - such as a walk-in closet. Keep your cell phone with you. Not a bad idea to keep a couple of bottles of water as well. If you have medication to take under stress, nitro, inhalers, etc, keep that with you as well...
