Default Silver Splash
Silver Splash will begin April 19th and will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays in the SeaBreeze Sports Pool at 11:00 AM. The schedule in today's Rec News is incorrect. This is a low-impact aerobic class to help improve your posture, balance and flexibility while toning and strengthening and your muscles.
