Default New Construction Prices
I just received an email from my Villages sales person, who says that new construction prices will be going up 3-5% after May 1. Stats for March 2011sales: 237 new homes sold and 151 pre-owned (a new record for pre-owned sales). That's an average of over 10 new home closings every business day. The Villages is a real estate moving machine.
