The model homes change in usually less than a year. They build a set here and there, sell them and build more, decorate them, sell them....and on and on.

The granite choices are narrower than if you were doing a custom build back home. It is all a set process and so you will NOT be able to pick any granite other than what the developer offers UNLESS you do like our friend Blondie did and have it installed after closing. The house must have countertops to close so just go with formica.

I know, it is different, but it works.
