Everything is a package, and example is if you pick a certain ceramic tile, then that dictates the color of the rug, in the bedrooms. The model you go into may have granite in the Kitchen, bathroom and Laundry room. If you choose that particular granite, that is what you get in your house.
The model home centers are built, and change frequently. The model, designers and cottage homes, that were used in Dec. are now for sale. I am sure a new center will open soon. Hope this helps, it is a very confusing process. Take pictures and have a back up choice on as much as you can.

The "everything" is a package has changed several times since we purchased a little over two years ago. We had limited choices but the only thinks linked were the wall and carpet were tied to our tile choice.

Your sales rep will have the latest info on what you can and can't separate as of now. One piece of advice i will give you is - if cabinets are tied to your flooring and or laminate choice, be careful. When our neigh bought the packaging WAS in effect. She chose the least expensive flooring because her husband wanted the same floors they had in their prior home. Only problem is that flooring was packaged with very inexpensive (I'm being polite here) kitchen cabinets and laminate. Be sure you ask lots of questions. If you are certain of the cabinets and or tile you want, your sales rep can bring sample pieces as you tour the models to select granite etc.
