Thanks for the shout out, jebartle, although I was diagnosed diabetic, I never took insulin. In any case, the lifestyle changes both Mr.K9 and I took have really made a difference for us, too. We FEEL healthy.
One suggestion, instead of apple, pear and plum, try eating berries, like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. They are better for diabetics and do not produce so much sugar during digestion.
