Thanks Bill and Big Lew. Now another risky question. (hehehe) Is the bond just for the initial building of the infrastructure, which I'm assuming includes the roads, curbs, etc. Is later repaving or repairs to the streets then up to the County, the developers, or the collective homeowners on that street?
