Sunrise Park?

If you are talking about the area north of the bridge (the big one crossing Lake Sumter) and east of Morse Blvd, south of the tunnel - I saw the surveyor stakes yesterday and thought maybe this was the new "Sunrise Park" I saw mentioned in the paper a week or two ago.
