Hi Raymond,
My Mom's doctor in south FL has a concierge practice. She likes it very much. However, I'm not sure how that relates to having just one doctor for all types of medical needs.

Her doctor, an intern or general practitioner (can't remember which), does limit his practice to x-number of patients a year. (I don't remember how many). Each patient pays him a flat annual fee. When my Mom needs an appointment with him, she makes one-- no wait. She can go as often as she needs to. However, if she needs a specialist, such as a podiatrist, she will go to one.

Her doctor probably could handle all of the specific medical situations you described. However, so might a GP or internist who does not have a concierge (or limited patient) practice. Perhaps it is different in KY.

All that said, I do not know whether there is a doctor in the TV area who has a concierge practice. A better question, based on how you described your needs, might be whether there's a good internist or GP in TV who could handle all of the medical situations you described.
