Alien, I hope your decision to move here is not based solely on who does or does not love your lab. I re-read the posts and what I heard residents saying is that they were upset with thoughtless neighbors . It could be becuase of the action or lack thereof concerning cleaning up after their dog or a vehicle that leaks oil all over the place......There are rules here and if a propsective buyer does not like rules then he/she is not going to like living here. The majority of people I have come in contact with are very obliging and considerate.
