As to your inquiry as to my employment. i spent half my career in HR and half in claims Management. You are familar with the need to be able to read people as an HR executive and so I won't go any further. In claims I had among my duties the responsibility of overseeing hundreds of lawsuits a year. I dealt with fraud rings and unfortunately on occassion had to deal with probibity issues involving employees.
