This is exactly the method used, when we lived close to Chicago. We had one very large rolling bin that we put everything in and the garbage company had everything sorted at a center.
However, even though I have a 2 car garage and a cart garage, I really have no room for recycle bins. So, I guess I like the bagging method here in TV. Leaves more room for my toys...
