As long as you dial down the speed when on the multi-modal or regular cart lanes and have golf course approved tires then I would think you have access to anything normal carts do.

But a street legal doesn't mean you'll be able to get to much more than a normal cart can. Yes, you can travel on a 35 mph road or cross a 45 mph but you'll still need to rent a car every now and then.

At least that is my understanding of the laws. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
