STAINED GLASS WINDOW COOKIES
2 (10 oz.) pkg. mint chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 to 1 bag sm. colored marshmallows
Coconut or ground nuts
Melt chocolate in microwave. Stir in butter and let cool. Add marshmallows and stir to mix thoroughly. Spread coconut on tin foil or wax paper. Drop chocolate mix in center lengthwise and make a roll. Roll up with coconut covering the outside of the roll. Cool completely and slice.
