Then save only small quantities and auction them. Their value will be astronomical, but only those who are wealthy collectors would buy them.

Finally, do this with every stamp issued, deliberately.

The insolvent Post Office would be subsidized by millions of dollars from WEALTHY folks making purely VOLUNTARY purchases!!!!!

The best part of this scheme is that the stamps purchased by collectors are NEVER used to pay for mail services.
Pure profit for the USPS.
