I use Seabreeze all the time. It has the most up to date equipment which the other fitness centers are switching to as they upgrade. Monday mornings around 9:00 is very busy during the winter. The rest of the mornings are busy as well. Sunday is not busy at all. With all the new homes being built in that area it is only going to get worse.
