I guess I'm surprised that you signed on April 29 on will close the end of July. That's almost 3 months or about 90 days. I thought homes were going up in a much shorter amount of time - about 60-70 days. Did I misunderstand?

Thank you and we are happy for you also. The Sun Kissed is a great plan!
We are actually closing on July 26th and that makes it 88 days. I think the reason why it might be a bit longer is that we are putting a pool in. We were told that it usually adds about 3 weeks to the date of completion.
Where are you building?
