Beg your pardon, but I completely disagree on the need for a property manager. Yes, it's relatively easy to rent homes during the winter, but after five years of experience I can write a long list of potential problems which can occur with "do it yourself" managing. Also, there are lots of details which must be handled which are difficult or easily missed if you are not there.
