I have no idea if the two issues are related but I have always wondered the same thing. I take it a step further and wonder in a meticulously planned community of our size that ??
must?? stress resources such as water, why all plantings along roadways would not be done in such a way that minimal water is required to keep aesthetically pleasing.
I could be off base here. I have no idea where the water for all roads and cart paths comes from and how it relates to my yard or golf courses.... but I wonder and others will straighten me out
