@Richie. Cool, Bugs looks like my husband and I can make $40 a day with the new rules. Just have to finish getting my new windows in so I can get the maximum federal and state rebates for energy efficiency. Then return I'll to the green, pun intended. I've had to cut down to golfing only three times a week since we've been doing the entitlement/redistribution improvements to the new house. C'est la vie.
