I agree that pricing a home is of the most importantance. One person in my complex marked down her unit to a rediculous price and it still did not sell for the six months that it was on the market. No realtor has been able to explain that unit not selling.

Hoping this coming Sunday's open house finds me a buyer.

The 'staging' stuff can really make a difference - perhaps that's at least part of the reason the other condo didn't sell.
