Hi neighbors -- I live waaaaaay out on Buttonwood Run, have a cart that only goes about 21 mph and I timed it as about 12 minutes to LSL yesterday. Don't know where I was at the time I determined the 12 minutes were up, whether Toojays or the center of the square. But the ride is SO beautiful, it doesn't seem like that long anyway and I agree with others -- Buttonwood is a great place to live.
