This builder (Sabal Chase area) was fired before we bought so don't know what was done for sure. We've been in this house for 3+ years and it hasn't gotten any better. Has anyone had this done? Who did you use? Would you recommend them? Did it help with dust inside? Thanks for any input.

Do you keep your windows open and doors to lanai open alot? We live in the Northeast and have a lot of pollen. Because of that I have to keep all windows closed and keep the air conditioning on during the heavy pollen season. I also have special filters for the furnace. I have never had the duct work cleaned. I notice however after pollen season when I open up the windows and patio doors I have a lot more dusting to do. Could it be that you just have windows and doors open?
