Is it the water down there in Texas? Geez, you have Rick Perry wanting to have Texas secede from the United States and Ron Paul making statements like this. "A card short of a full deck", "not the brightest bulb in the box", or "a couple bricks short of a full load" would be understatements for such patently ridiculous allegations. And I won't even go to the observation that the U.S. couldn't afford to "occupy Pakistan", even if we wanted to.
