Being from Minnesota, Richie, I can tell you that Pawlenty didn't raise taxes....he just raised all kinds of fees and reduced aid to cities & counties so they had to raise property taxes and bragged that he did not raise taxes. A gross misrepresentatation...he raised "taxes" Paw-lenty.
