I pretty much agree. FYI, Mon and Wed are "Market Nights" at SS while it is Tue and Thur at LSL so go to each of those squares on their "Market Night" so you can see the vendors.
A personal preference of mine is Scooter the DJ at SS or Friday evening. IMHO he pretty much puts on a show all by himself. I thoroughly enjoy his appearances at either square so try to catch him, probably later in the evening (in TV time, "later" means 7 PM or so). Be prepared to stand around with an adult beverage in hand as seats can get scarce when Scooter in there.
Last word of advice, entertainment at the squares is outdoors. We sometimes have this phenomenon in TV called "liquid sunshine" so have alternate (indoor) plans available in case they are needed. A forecast of evening rain might be a good night to go "downstairs" at KB for the dancing and adult beverages.
