I've decided to quit posting in the Political Thread for a little while. I know that will make some VERY pleased. My primary reason is that I have found that I have lowered myself to a level that just isn't me. We're all human and I got caught up in the nasty back and forth that regularly happens here. That's not me. I can stand up for my ideals, but it's not easy in this atmosphere. I'm not making excuses. I accept my faults and intend to work on them. I'll probably continue to lurk in the background.

I am a pretty prolific reader. I have run across some familiar stuff that is finding it's way into this Political Forum and is being passed along as if it's original. This is my second reason for my sabbatical. Plagiarism is more that borrowing words. CLICK HERE

Finally, a big thank you to GracieGirl for a little wake-up call in the non-member portion of TOTV. She may or may not have done it intentionally, but it did hit home with me. I'm a better person than the way I have be acting here.
