Just got a call from our realtor. The showing is off.
We live in the country and the buyer said it was too far away from town.
So we're back to five weeks on the market and no showings yet. We did have a couple more gawkers drive by last evening though. Buyers sure seem skittish...not surprising given the times we live in.
I can't wait to be the buyer...I don't like being the seller
Guess I gotta get me one of those St. Joseph statues and bury it in the yard, huh?
