Hi gadawg! We are in the same boat
We're on Alee Lane and have been tempted to write our agent to see if any building has occurred. Also have our home on the market (13 days) and are hoping for the best. Thought of sprinkling our lot dirt (sent by our agent) around the for sale sign for luck. We're keeping St Joseph in the wings if things go longer than we expect!
